Balassagyarmat is a frontier town on the Ipoly River in the north of the country.

The International Music Camp, Literary Stage and Drama Days, Palóc Triathlon Competitions, and the Nyírjes Arboretum and Wildlife Park attract lots of visitors to the city.

Here you will find the Palóc Museum, the City Gallery and the Museum of Local History.

Hollókő is 35 km away, but the European Graduate Nature Reserve of Ipolytarnóc, which shows the traces of ancient life, is not far away.

Opened in 2019, our hotel is a 2-minute walk from downtown. We have 14 classic rooms, 3 superior rooms and 1 family room.

All rooms are air-conditioned, for a remote you can ask one of are worker and they will provide you for a cost. Flat-screen TV, hairdryer, electric safe and internet access are provided.
